Senior Electrical & Power Quality Auditor

Department: Power Systems & Harmonic Diagnostics | Location: Gujarat & Industrial Corridors

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deploy Class-A IEC 61000-4-30 power analyzers across PCC/MCC switchboards.
  • Conduct IEEE 519-2022 harmonic compliance studies (V-THD & I-TDD to 50th order).
  • Design active/passive harmonic filtering (AHF) and detuned capacitor bank solutions.
  • Perform Maximum Demand and Power Factor optimization audits to eliminate Discom penalties.

Key Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • BEE Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Energy Manager credential preferred.
  • Proficiency in electrical single-line diagrams (SLD), ETAP, and power quality software.
  • Valid four-wheeler driving license and willingness for Pan-India field deployments.
ROLE #ENG-02 Full-Time / Field Exp: 3–6 Years

Thermography & Thermal Energy Auditor

Department: Thermal Systems & NDT Diagnostics | Location: Gujarat / Pan-India

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute radiometric FLIR thermal imaging on HT/LT switchboards, busducts, and transformers.
  • Conduct boiler efficiency trials (ASME PTC 4), flue-gas combustion scans, and steam trap surveys.
  • Evaluate waste heat recovery (WHR) potential in continuous process furnaces and kilns.
  • Draft quantitative thermographic reports categorized by ASTM E1934 ΔT severity thresholds.

Key Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Thermal Engineering.
  • Level-II Infrared Thermography Certification (ISO 18436-7 / ASNT) strongly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of thermodynamic steam tables, psychrometric charts, and heat exchangers.

Vibration Analysis & Rotating Machinery Specialist

Department: Condition Monitoring & Asset Reliability | Location: On-Site Industrial Hubs

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct triaxial FFT spectrum demodulation for heavy induction motors, feed pumps, and ID/FD fans.
  • Benchmark vibration severity against ISO 10816-3 velocity (mm/s RMS) and ISO 20816 standards.
  • Detect early-stage bearing race defects (BPFO, BPFI, BSF) and gear mesh misalignment.
  • Perform on-site dynamic field balancing and laser shaft alignment audits.

Key Qualifications

  • B.E. in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering.
  • ISO 18436-2 Vibration Analyst Category II or Category III certified.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel FFT data collectors and spectrum analysis software.

Electrical Safety Auditor (CEA 2023 Compliance)

Department: Statutory Safety & Risk Assurance | Location: Gujarat & Pan-India Plants

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute mandatory Central Electricity Authority (CEA 2023) and IS 14489 statutory safety audits.
  • Conduct 4-terminal earth grid soil resistivity tests and individual earth pit verification (< 1Ω).
  • Perform breaker trip timing, insulation resistance (Megger), and protection relay co-ordination.
  • Calculate flash protection boundaries and incident energy levels per NFPA 70E / IEEE 1584.

Key Qualifications

  • B.E. in Electrical Engineering with Electrical Inspectorate Competency Certification / License.
  • Deep regulatory knowledge of CEA (Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations.
  • Minimum 5 years conducting statutory safety audits in hazardous chemical/petrochemical plants.

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - Diagnostics & Energy Systems

Department: Field Operations & Engineering Analysis | Location: Vadodara / Ahmedabad Base

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist Lead Auditors during plant mobilizations: connecting CTs/PTs, optical tachometers, and loggers.
  • Process raw electrical telemetry in MATLAB / Python to compute RMS currents, THD, and power factors.
  • Assist in drafting technical energy audit reports, energy balance sankey diagrams, and executive decks.
  • Learn calibration protocols and preventive maintenance for all laboratory instruments.

Key Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (2024–2026) B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
